No. Open the LazyBoard extension and choose Open dashboard to create and manage snippets. The Chrome extension works independently of the desktop app.

The macOS app supports Apple silicon (M1 or newer) and Intel Macs. The Chrome extension is coming soon. Windows is coming to Microsoft Store. Linux desktop downloads are not available yet. The existing mobile apps remain on the App Store and Google Play.

Yes. The desktop app and installed Chrome extension can use and edit downloaded snippets offline. Registration and synchronization need a connection.

Not yet. Desktop and Chrome share the new account system. Mobile accounts and libraries are separate.

Create an account in the desktop app or the Chrome extension’s dashboard, then verify your email. Use Forgot password on the account sign-in screen to reset it.

The desktop app stores your library on your computer. Chrome stores it in your browser profile. Signed-in account libraries sync with the server; local libraries are only imported into an account when you choose to do so.

Billing is currently configured for sandbox testing. See and your Coming soon for plan details. Mobile purchases are separate.

Check that expansion is not paused, the shortcut matches exactly, and the app or website is not excluded. Chrome’s internal pages, password fields, and some complex editors do not support insertion. Try Copy if insertion is unavailable.

Use Settings → Export backup. Import backup restores a versioned JSON file into the current library. Deleted snippets and folders can be restored from Trash.

Use Share feedback in the dashboard or app, or visit Support. An account is not required. Include the platform and steps, but leave out private snippet content.
