Premium Version TermsThis document applies to users who have purchased the premium version ("Pro") of any applications developed by us, including LazyBoard, across all supported platforms.
Free and Premium VersionsWe offer limited free versions of our apps with basic features. Additionally, premium versions provide advanced features such as:
- Unlimited access to custom content (e.g., phrases, entries).
- Cloud syncing (e.g., iCloud for iOS).
- Customization options, such as colors and themes.
- Advanced functionalities, including randomization or additional tools.
To use the premium version, users must purchase a subscription plan.
Subscription PlansWe provide various subscription plans differentiated by their auto-renewal periods (e.g., monthly, yearly, or lifetime).
Subscription details include:
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew and are paid in advance for the chosen period.
- Platform-Specific Terms: Payments made via Apple’s App Store or other platforms are subject to their respective Terms of Service.
Users purchasing with promotions should note that renewal rates may differ from initial rates. Details about renewal rates and the next renewal date can be found in the account settings section of the app.
Refunds and Cancellations- Refunds: Refunds for purchases made via third-party stores (e.g., Apple’s App Store) are subject to their refund policies. We cannot directly process refunds.
- Cancellations: To modify or cancel subscriptions:
- iOS: Visit Apple Support.
For any refund or cancellation requests, please contact the relevant platform’s customer service.
Pricing ChangesWe reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. When pricing changes occur, we will attempt to inform users in advance, allowing them to cancel or modify their subscription settings if needed. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to users not updating their subscription settings after being notified of pricing changes.
